Go to My Account, find the return item in Orders, then select the item you want to return and click Refund.
2. Select Request Replacement, Refund or Cancel and write your valid reasons.
Be as accurate as you can so we know why you want to return or replace the item.

If you bought as a guest
Find your order confirmation email.
Find Return item.
Add a subject Return Item and reply to admin@ozanda-bikes.com.au or Contact Us.
You can add a message to us and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item’s condition.
Click Send.
Sending the item back
When we accept your return, you need to send it back to us before we’ll issue your refund.
If you have to post the item back to us, you’ll receive a return postage label from us, or you’ll be asked to purchase one directly from a carrier. Who covers the postage costs depends on why you’re returning it.
You’ll have 14 days to post the item back after we accept your Return Request. You can find this date in the email we sent with the subject “Send the item back“. If you don’t post the return by the last date, we may assume you don’t return any more and close the request.
When you send your item back, make sure a tracking number is added to avoid delays or issues in the refund process.
Getting your money back
Once the item is delivered to us, your refund should be processed within 2 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
*If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.
